Occupancy & Operations

Complete handover, training, seasonal testing, and ongoing performance improvement.

Occupancy and operations is where commissioning either pays off or quietly unravels. The systems manual, training and seasonal testing determine whether the building continues to perform once the project team has left.

Operations staff are trained on sequences, set points and maintenance requirements, deferred and seasonal tests are completed, and the warranty period is used deliberately to catch issues while they remain the contractor’s responsibility. Ongoing commissioning begins here.

Key focus

  • Seasonal & Deferred Testing / Post-Occupancy Issue Resolution
  • Update OPR, CFR & Docs
  • O&M Training Reinforcement
  • Support Ongoing Commissioning
  • Finalise Cx Reports
  • 10 Month Review
